Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile applications provided by Touch LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By downloading or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

2. License to Use

Touch LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on your mobile device.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps, nor to use the Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Our Apps may offer premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time purchases:

• Billing: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store account at the time of purchase confirmation.
• Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
• Refunds: All transactions are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support.

4. Cloud Features & Data

Certain features, such as contact backups, utilize Apple’s iCloud Private Database. Use of these features is subject to your Apple iCloud terms. We do not own or have access to your personal backup data stored in your private iCloud database.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, and code within the Apps are the exclusive property of Touch LLC. You may not use our branding or assets without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our Apps are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. Touch LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Apps.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
