Welcome to Touch LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We develop and publish mobile applications (“Apps”) designed to provide value to our users worldwide.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. We are committed to transparency in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and App Store guidelines.

2. On-Device Data, Permissions, and Cloud Backup

Our App may request access to certain device features to provide its core functionality. We handle your sensitive data with the highest level of privacy:

• Contacts: Access is used solely to provide in-app features related to your contact list. Processing happens locally on your device.
• Cloud Backup (iCloud): For your convenience, we may offer a backup feature for your contacts using Apple’s iCloud Private Database. This means your data is stored securely in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to this data, and it is not stored on our own servers.
• Media Library (Photos/Videos): Access is used only to allow you to select or process media within the App. We do not upload your media to our servers.
• Notifications: We use notifications to provide updates and alerts related to the App's services.

You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

3. Information Collected Automatically

For analytics and advertising purposes, we and our partners (Apphud and Google AdMob) collect a limited set of data:

• Identifiers: Device ID, IDFA (for advertising targeting), IDFV, and an anonymous User ID;
• Device Data: Device model, OS version, and language settings;
• Technical Data: IP address, time zone, and general location (Country/City);
• Usage Data: Purchase history, subscription status, and interaction events via Apphud SDK.

4. Consent and Tracking

In compliance with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework:

• User Consent: We only access your IDFA (Advertising Identifier) for ad personalization if you provide explicit consent through the system prompt.
• Opt-out: You can manage your tracking preferences in Settings > Privacy > Tracking.

5. Third-Party Partners

We use the following services to maintain our App:

• Apphud: For subscription management and purchase analysis.
• Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements.

6. Data Retention & Security

We do not store your personal media or contacts on our servers. Technical data is retained only as long as necessary for analytics and is protected by industry-standard security measures.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our Apps are rated 4+ and do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
