This Privacy Policy describes how Touch LLC (“Touch,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information when you visit touchapps.io, browse our product information, or contact us through the website. It does not replace the separate privacy policy provided for each Touch mobile application.

We may receive information you choose to provide through our contact form, including your name, email address, subject, and message. We also collect website usage information through Mixpanel, including page views, clicks, scrolling, form submissions, device and browser details, a randomly generated identifier stored in local storage, IP-derived approximate location, and related technical information.

We do not send the contents of contact-form fields to Mixpanel, and session replay is disabled.

4. Service Providers

Links to the Apple App Store, Google Play, Instagram, and other external services lead to third-party websites governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Storage and Retention

Contact messages are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Analytics information is retained according to our Mixpanel project settings and operational needs. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing.
