Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Touch LLC handles information when you use Cleaner. Cleaner helps identify duplicate or similar media, compress videos, organize storage, and identify or merge duplicate contacts.

2. Photos, Videos, and Contacts

Cleaner requests access to your photo library and, when you choose contact-cleaning features, your contacts. Scanning, comparison, selection, compression, and contact processing occur on your device. We do not upload your photos, videos, or contact-book contents to our servers.

You control which items are reviewed, modified, compressed, merged, or deleted. You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings. Actions performed through Apple system frameworks may also be subject to Apple's settings and policies.

3. iCloud Backup

If you choose an available contact-backup feature, backup data may be stored in your Apple iCloud Private Database. It remains associated with your personal iCloud account and is governed by Apple's iCloud terms. Touch does not have access to content stored in your private iCloud database.

4. Information Collected Automatically

Cleaner and its service providers may process app-instance or device identifiers, device model, operating-system and app version, language, IP-derived approximate location, interaction events, session information, subscription status, purchase events, and diagnostic information. We use this information to operate and improve Cleaner, understand feature usage, manage purchases, prevent fraud, and diagnose problems.

5. Service Providers

• Apple: App distribution, purchases, permissions, iCloud, and platform services.
• RevenueCat: Subscription status, entitlements, and purchase infrastructure.
• Mixpanel: Product analytics and feature-usage measurement.

Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

6. Advertising and Tracking

Cleaner does not display third-party advertising and does not use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) to track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising purposes.

7. Retention and Security

Your media and contacts remain on your device unless you choose an Apple-managed backup or sharing action. Analytics, purchase, and diagnostic information may be retained by us or our providers for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and business records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

8. Children

Cleaner is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian with concerns may contact us.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information. Because media and contacts are processed locally, Touch may not possess that content. To submit a request concerning information we control, email [email protected].

10. Changes

We may update this policy as Cleaner evolves or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version here and revise the Effective Date.
